Tenant Left Laundry Unlocked Machines Damaged

The tenant left the laundry machine room unlocked. ( warned them in writing more than once) and the coin machines were damaged. Only one unit for the machine. Inglewood CA

@Kevin Breslin can you prove it was this tenant? If so (video, etc), I don’t see why the repair couldn’t be billed back to them.

In the future, I’d recommend an auto-closer on the door and always-locked handleset. So there’s nothing for the tenant to remember to close or lock.
