I like those deals  we dont have to futz with the lenders. but I also will sell VA I am signing today on a new construction in Portlandia 417k and its VA.. but this loan officer and agent were quite on top of it.. a lot of sellers wont do VA but I will always sell VA we owe it to our service men and women to allow them to use that program

The women rugby players remind me of the time I was at the bar...I heard 3 women talking and listening to their accents, I said "So, are you ladies from Scotland?"

Men tend to do this more than women.
