There are challenges in my market as well but I network this market as hard as everyone so naturally you find the deals easier the more you devote to it.

What about a section devoted to support for those who are struggling or even doing well but are temporarily down for some reason? 

You will devote every free minute to learning, to developing relational capital and to removing the barriers that are often put in place by long-time friends, co-workers and even family.

A great idea I borrowed from a local rehabber is to post a sign in the yard (or do Craigslist posts, email marketing, flyers to neighbors) and have a website devoted to the project where people can view photos or videos.  

On the weekend I completely devoted my time to my clients.

(An article in the Wall Street Journal, of more that 10 years ago, is devoted to this focus, with it said that the mobility to leave where younger generations grew up, is at 4%, versus at 7% for older generation people in the U.S.)

Having someone that's willing to devote their time and effort into helping you succeed it paramount.

As I've told Josh and the other mods, at some point when I have more time to devote, I'll return to the role.That said, you're still welcome to assume any answer you'd like...I'm actually pretty surprised they still want me to be a mod.
