Hello,I bought my own place (North Cal) and want to move out of my rental in the end of the month.I gave my landlord 60 days advance notice in May as required by our rental agreement, and asked to move out sooner.The landlord ( he is a lawyer) shortened the period to 45 days on condition that we agree to show our place to prospective tenants.However, the house is in a bad condition.

Agree with Michael Woodward.I will submit high bids for my services for what might seem like vary simple projects to the prospective client, but for some reason something about the project or the client sets off liability alarm bells in my brain.

It is likely the last time I use it.I like that in the application phase a prospective tenant doesn't have to give me all their highly sensitive data (social security number mainly), I can just get the non-sensitive other information on an application.
