When we go antique shopping we avoid any "cool" area where everything is marked up and find house clearance specialists in random areas who tend to misprice their stock.

My original response should have been, if I was looking for a great deal on a house to live in, and I couldn't find one of those cool duplex-fourplex, this is the kind of deal I would like to find.

Plus, last time I chcked, they invented AC and it's everywhere: house, shopping, car, even mistifiers to be cool when walking from car to bar to restaurant or store.

The backyard needs a good fence badly so this seems cool.
