MKE is tough you have to be in the right block to attract the tenants other wise you just have to settle and cross fingers..

Stockton University will be opening it's Atlantic City campus this year which consists of a Residence building on the beach block, Academic building across the street and a shared garage with South Jersey Gas.

Now the approach has been scraping the bottom of my tenant's car and even took off a part of the car's bumper.I was hoping to get some good quotes, but I'm not sure what is reasonable for a 690 sq. ft concrete driveway and approach.

If you see block after block of split foyers, it's not going to be an easy or equitable buy.

I learned this from another landlord - put a "for rent" sign in front of every property you own in a neighborhood where you have a vacancy, even at the occupied properties; tell tenants at the occupied properties that your property around the corner or on the next block is vacant and you are looking to have the phone ring more.

I could have should have bought the house a block away that was only 20k more since I spent over 20k on dues during the 10 years I owned it.
