I Live In New York And Wiith Rent Being So High My Fiance And I Are Looking Into What Options We Have. She Wants To Get A Condo/co-op Because She Said Its Cheaper, Shes Looking To Spend Around 150k. I Am Looking Into Getting A Regular Home That I Can Possibly House Hack And Get The Extra Income And Use The House Like An Investment. Which Would You Recommend ? What Are The Pros And Cons Of Owning Condo/co-op In Ny? Will It Be Worth Buying?
