In addition, I don't see many institutional firms attempting to sell their inferior interest in the open market as it is problematic and bad press.All that makes me want to conclude this is more of a private firm or person specifically looking to take advantage of an unsuspecting buyer.There is a little speculation on the existing mortgage which is causing the hold up.

Welcome to BP,I live and Rehab/Buy and hold in Peoria.There are alot of bandit signs, and wanna be wholesalers, but since Ive called them all and still haven't been even pitched a deal, I can conclude they essentially dont exist.The wholesalers are so bad, I've never even been pitched a deal not on the MlS.If a Peoria wholesaler reads this, please PM me and prove me wrong.There are alot of buy and hold People in Peoria, not alot of sucessful flippers that I see.There is a not very active meetup group on meetup.comHope that helps.

To conclude there is a fair amount of renters in High Point, and it's slowly becoming a hotbed for investors, lot's of people who are looking into flips and buy & holds are getting some solid opportunity in town.

If the newest lien holder forecloses and the other lien holders (of the older liens) do nothing, their lien is wiped out if the foreclosure concludes.

All went well, and a year into it, the HOA concluded that the whole building needed to be reinforced (blamed on sea-air) and each resident needed to pay 60,000 or a lien would be placed on their property.

@Marco Santarelli @Greg RulfsWe bank with TD (both my companies) and have had success getting business loans for U.S. projects.We have gone through the preliminary steps of securing financing for property purchases in the U.S.A, but in the end concluded it would be cheaper to use our Canadian operating line of credit (3.5%) then a mortgage or LoC from TDs US subsidiary (5.x%).
