Newbie from Peoria, Illinois

Hello everyone. My name is Brian, new member from Peoria, IL. I've been looking at the forums here for a few weeks and finally decided to introduce myself. I've spent a lot of time on 123 flip.com, which brought me to BP. I came to BP to learn as much as I can about flipping properties, and to see if there was anyone from the Peoria area flipping, wholesaling, or buy and hold. I am new to the flipping business, but have renovated my last two houses and have drawn building plans for 8 years for a construction company. My "real job" is in the IT business, but my passion is renovation. I am ready to turn my passion into full time job. I have already read tons of good information on BP and I'm excited to get started and learn as much as I can. Hopefully one day I'll be a contributor as well!
