I won't dive too deep into this but essentially there were huge conflicts of interests and even border line corruption in the marketplace back then.

Foreclosing after 2 years isn't the easiest and is a gamble.  

I understand I can go across the border (Indiana) and pay half of that in taxes, but after much searching and dozens of offers being rejected from all cash buyers I've decided to stay local in the south suburbs.

But - a neighbor that borders our lot along the back line has been throwing her trash (large items) into our yard.  

Udan Thani is a nice place, and fun to have the easy opportunity chance to hop across the border to visit the Vientiane, Laos, area.
