This is truly a wonderful time to celebrate the coming of biggerpockets and its proud founder Josh Dorkin.

We have one tenant who just passed her 5 year anniversary with us.

Mission accomplished....I am going to treat myself to a fancy steak dinner to celebrate....

By the time you sell you will almost surely have crossed a year anniversary.  

Scottsdale has also been a spot that celebrities are attracted to because of the extremely high standard of living.Price per square foot has really shot back up in the last couple of years but if you had the money to invest after the 2008 crash (2009-2012), it was an incredible opportunity.  

He also tried to jazz up the place during open houses by placing pictures of his band and himself on the walls like he was some great celebrity and thus everyone should snatch up his houses.I remember walking through one of the kitchens where vinyl sheeting had been laid down. 

It had a $1696/mo payment and was affecting my DTI a little bit.So I stroked a check for that and gave the satisfaction to my wife for our anniversary.
