Thank God, I rented out the house before cleaning

So my tenant of 2.5 years decided to travel the world for a while, and gave notice...Knowing he is a single guy, I was not too sure how clean he has kept the house....But he told me he cleaned it all up.... So I took his words at face value...

I arrived at the house 10 minutes prior to the open house, and OMG, the kitchen and one bath were so dirty I did not want to stand in it. And people were already lined up to see the place... I wish I could hide....

That same night after the open house, I got 4 applications... Picked the best one among the four...

Today I had the house professionally cleaned... $264..Tenant moving in 2/1.... Mission accomplished....

I am going to treat myself to a fancy steak dinner to celebrate.... Lol
