Test fan, for the future, replace if bad. if it’s mild surface mold google best treatment, I think the preferred method switched away from bleach.

Yesterday I completely sucked as a husband to my wonderful wife and did surface level gifting.

There's different scenarios, but on the surface it seems as though you may want to pass.Also, with it being tax season, it's possible she got a large sum of money back and will have first, last, and security, so don't assume she's great with money and will be able to afford the rent every month once the tax money is gone.
