They had a violation on the property for "no Sandy restoration permit".

What is the soil type and texture? 

One thing to think about when finding a tenant is what they might put down the drains or may soak into the soil.

You’ll need to get it tested, but even the soil/tank tests aren’t 100% accurate and cleanup costs for a leaking tank can be very expensive.
