Hello everyone,I'm trying to determine what the added value would be to my home in willow glen california (San Jose) if I added a 2 bed 1 bath granny unit (detached) and rented it out at marketIf anyone has any knowledge of what the potential value increase from adding a granny unit is, your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

As a property Manager in the Riverside, Avondale and Ortega areas, it has been my experience these properties have the lowest cash flow because of high mortgages and high purchase prices.
