I would say upper east side, east side, downtown, third ward, bay view, far south side.

Our tenants like it because they don't have to be woken up in the middle of the night to the sound of snow plows.  

I've just moved back to the east coast from the southwest U.

To date, I've purchased one condo which is on the rental market in East Isle/Uptown, close to Lake Calhoun.  

Does any one know a good HVAC contractor that is reputable and would charge a fair/good price for a roof mounted 3 ton AC unit in east Bakersfield?

I like Tipp Hill in the city, further west like Westvale and Camillus, north in Liverpool and to the east F-M, J-D.
