I dealt with a client who wanted to negotiate a staggered security deposit to coincide with their pay day, which the landlord was fine with because of their credit, income & references.

Hi @Aaron Frances,All of the real estate professionals (agents, lawyers, lenders, title, escrow, etc) involved in any real estate transaction need to be physically in the same state as the subject property, and should never give you anything starting with 1-800 as their phone number.

I'd say she just made your place more valuable - if you market this right ;pSeriously though, what a crazy coincidence that your friend happen to see that GIF, otherwise I'd say there's a small chance anyone will know your neighbor or house, I doubt they will be looking at the neighbor.

We are working parents of 3 beautiful girls looking to get out of the 9-5 rat race (especially me -Josh).Been interested in REI for years, ever since my landlord in college told me how I was paying her mortgage by renting out half her house, and how her other handful of rentals paid all her bills and allowed to do whatever she wanted - which was live half the year in France, and half in upstate NY.Now we are finally getting serious.
