Depending on what repairs are being done, perhaps you could hire a crue to work the interior on night shift hours, assuming the repairs are not a noise disturbance to neighbors.You could also get a mean dog inside, or hire a security guard to sit on premisis.

Good morning and Happy 4th to those that celebrate....I woke up this morning and had a thought about this....I always fix (if needed) things prior to any tenants moving in so there is always a fresh clean and fixed start.I am a big advocate of NOT disturbing my tenants while in their home.I might be in a situation though that is not allowing me to do this prior to and don't want to loose the tenant and $$$.

@Javon Williams  I lived in Scituate from 1985 to 2017, so we lived through the new commuter rail there.The homes on or close to the train tracks took a severe beating value-wise, not to mention the disturbance of peace and quiet.
