How do I do this?
What is your suggestion for best securing a property in between the day of closing and the time a tenant moves in? I'm having repairs done for a 2 week period....and I need to make sure nobody breaks in/vandalizes the place in that time period...or at least I need to create a deterrent such it it's not a good choice for a burglar/crackhead....
Thanks....
