@Brian BrysonI’m an out of country investor from Australia and I’ve invested in Akron for the past 8 years.I’ve had some tenant horror stories, but overall it was a good decision to invest there.A few takeaway things I’ve learned.Cash for keys is your friend- get the problems out asap.Property management in the area sucks - overservicing, fee gouging, etc. are rampant.
