Now if you followed the news you heard about the riots , things got better when the cops were charged ,  we will be in a calm before the storm , when the trial gets under way and the outcome is not what the protesters want , look out .

It's a real trial and error kind of setup Google have put in place which obviously benefits them financially. 

Just finished up a long jury trial and still a bit brain dead from it. 

Also, some estates require court confirmation (here) and you need to know how to recognize which ones do in order to flag those and perhsps avoid.Spending an afternoon in the court records archives and pulling at least 5-10 actual case files and reviewing the documents, forms used, the order recorded, the variations and the real estate, will help familiarize you with your state's system.Also, you need to find where your state's pribate code (laws) are found, as these are your framework for dealmaking.

I am conducting a 15 day trial of Buildium.

I wish I had done the trial instead..So with that being said, anyone know a good program for Probate Leads (reasonably priced)?

I've learned a lot during this first deal, most of it through trial and tribulation.

We did a cash buyer campaign from it and it wasn't that successful but there are other parts to the service that I did not use so I cannot comment on that.In regards to the cash buyer campaign, I believe they cross referenced cash sales with tax records for owner address, but it could be inaccurate because if the actual end buyer bought through LLC or never recorded the deed the records may not be updated with their actual address.I believe there is a trial that gives you ability to use all services for some amount of time (I can't remember) so I would try that and see, it could have changed since I used it.

I understand that finding a market is partly trial and error however, I am seeking help to avoid the majority of mistakes.
