This is what I do and I have a proven & stellar team around me (including a CPA). 

I'm also intrigued in the hospitality field and might like to own a small hotel or inn.I have pretty stellar credit but no history in real estate outside renting.

@Ben Bakhshi my experience with my property in Cleveland was less than stellar.

Just to clarify,I am about to pull the trigger on my first rental purchase,My intention is to be purchasing under my LLC and of course it is a debut purchase for it.Using a Hard Money >  Refinance property strategy is it possible for me to run into a problem getting the  property refinanced due to a 600 credit score in my own name ?  

Ultimately these were extremely valuable as the landlords were positive (one party had a few latenesses of a few days, the other was stellar) and their homes were immaculate, and children well-behaved.

Based off those calculations, I feel as though it could be a potentially stellar cash flowing property.I'll be interested to see how close my vacancy and nightly rates are to the estimator.
