Hey BP community,

I just obtained my CA RE license and am looking to take the dive into residential brokerage (with an emphasis on working with residential properties and investors). Can anyone recommend a particular broker in the Santa Cruz/South Bay area who works with lots of investors? Or simply just has a stellar reputation? Or both...

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
