BREIA is a big one, although they do bring in speakers who upsell.

Some of the same speakers and investors show up or cycle around to all the clubs over time.

I have been a real estate investor since 1992 and I agree, first and foremost I would recommend that you join you local Real Estate Investor Association, I have spoken as a guest speaker at the Warwick REIA and the organizer Rick Cohn is wonderful, he really does a great job of focusing on the educational aspect versus bringing in a ton of people just trying to push their "system" or "product" to the members ("buyer beware").  

Know too  there are no music seminars that cost thousands of dollars for educators and the key speakers are vetted very well in their specialty.

i found BP about 22 months ago while i was medically recovering,  It has proven that BP and others like YouTube will get you there if you follow their speakers who have already done something you want and pay attention to what is said.

Hello All...in a "free" course several months ago, the speaker spoke about new legislation where a landlord/property owner can be charged each time they communicate with a tenant about money without first notifying them of the intent.
