We have access to CoStar nationwide but not sure how often they refresh their data and keep it fresh.

He is refreshingly upfront about his placements/results and stats; transparent about evictions, tenants, leases, etc. 

I think I need a weekend refresher.  

The investors I dealt with were weary of all of those [junk] quote requests that were essentially flooding in-- they would see the same ones over and over.Now that the "gurus" are no more, it seems to me that the note business in general (to those who are exposed to it) no longer evokes an image of slick-talking "snake oil" salesmen and that's so refreshing to me because I'm a long-term note guy.

Additionally, changing the photos up a bit can help to refresh the listing, and I always do a video walkthrough of rental properties (just on a smartphone is fine), so renters can see the property and get a better sense of if they are interested/if not.

Sorry for the really long response to your welcome message but the real estate community in Ecuador is limited and it feels quite refreshing to connect to this community.

I thought refreshments could be served, sponsored by a vendor, who we would allow to speak to us for about ten minutes.  

Also, they are refreshingly different and unique..You have to go in with a positive mindset and courage.
