Recommendations for Property management company in Ocala, FL.

I am wondering if anyone here has a good Property Managment Company that services the Ocala, Florida area. I am purchasing a home and looking for one. I have a few calls out but am getting hit with higher rates (10%) along with full month rent for placement + $350 fee's to advertise and +$100 for lease to be drafted by lawyer. I am not sure if that is normal for the market, but seems high to me so any recc's would be much appreciated!

King St. He is refreshingly upfront about his placements/results and stats; transparent about evictions, tenants, leases, etc. He is also a CPA and a real numbers guy, focused on owner ROI, monitoring repair costs, budgets, spreadsheets, doing everything exactly right - very sharp. Gets to know every owner personally.
