I listen to the podcasts in my car, when I ride my bike for fun, and when I would normally be listening to music.

I like playing music, and I get paid to do it besides.

The gimmicks make is sound too good to be true, but I believe that there is a need for special needs housing, so I am not too sure if it isn't true.I currently have rental properties and increasing cashflow is always music to my ears. 

many humans are worse than this too, with loud music or fights and profanity.

You are absolutely correct about the shier amount of podcast that are available to the publics disposal but this can be correlated to something like music.
