Unless of course I was representing the seller then it would be "Hold the 7 days worth of rent over, I'm sure they will have no problem getting out".Good luck and tackle this as a business situation and remove the personal aspect and you will make much better choices.

Initially, I was very pleased with the company and the services provided, especially the handyman who seemed to be able to tackle just about any task.

I would also recommend tackling your bad debt as soon as possible, pump all the extra money from your wife's new job straight into that debt.

They hear us, but are very reluctant to tackle a sensitive issue because of the REAL people who actually do need a service animal or emotional support animals.
