I have no personal debt, school debt or payments of any kind and for the moment, I am able to live at home with my parents.

I have a strong background in finance graduating with an MBA from Dayton and 7 years of experience, but I am starting a new career path in real estate.

First off, Hello everyone my name is Reed and this is my first time starting a discussion.I'm posting here in the Starting Out category because I need some suggestions on where to begin with real estate.Here is some relevant information regarding my current situation:I'm 23 years old with one year until I graduate college.

Good schools and lots of properties available to buy and rent. 

I am determined to begin investing in real estate as soon as I graduate in April 2018, but am looking to get started before that.

I want to begin flipping properties in Pittsburgh when I graduate and am looking for advice on the best way to go about that.

A little about myself; I owned one SFR in my college town while in school and sold it after graduation to fully pay off my student loans using the appreciated value of the homestead.

After devoting 80+ hours weekly and never feeling free of school responsibilities I chose not to return but met my goal to earn a small pension when I turn 62.

I am interested in learning how to either flip houses or invest in property to produce long-term income now, so that when I finish graduate school my wife and I can best invest our income early on. 

I just graduated from college and have run several businesses over the past 6 years that hopefully helps increase my ability to do real estate investing.
