Hello,Wish to hear from anyone who has gone through EB5 visa Direct investment (non Regional Center) in real estate and successfully obtained a green card.Any guidance on how real estate investment can be structured as a business and generate 10 full time American jobs to satisfy the EB5 visa rules would be appreciated.Please look up EB5 direct investment if you have not heard about it.thnx

Right now,I am just about to begin to my real estate investor.I am H1B working visa who have a full-time job in financial industry.After search tons of the threads,I have the questions regarding the legal issue for my investing.As far as I know,if I invest real estate as H1B holder,I have to be passive investor,it should not be business,because H1B is limited to sponsored employer.So,legally,what is really passive invest as it comes to real estate investing?
