As far as the detached duplex goes, there are endorsements within one policy that will cover it all under one policy.

I just know them personally, along with many other "gurus" and I do not share these kinds of endorsements on very many people.All of that being said, you will only get what you put into a weekend like this and i think you already know that.

My full time job is in real estate so I do have that experience as well but your best experience for note investing is when you research and buy a note.My recommendation is to start making contacts to get a few tapes sent to you so you can understand what it is when you get them and what info is sent.Please note I have not bought any training from the above so I cannot comment on the paid training nor I am endorsing it but the stuff online is extremely valuable.

Have the checks made out to yourself (or whatever entity name the account is tied to) and have your bidder endorse them to the trustee upon a successful purchase.

Wade I'm sorry to hear of your scam experience   However You were approached by the person of interest Rich Club did and does not endorse the services of any members or member, so why are you pointing fingers at RICH CLUB?
