My brother lives in 43607, and the neighbor is looking to sell their house (elderly mother lives there).

We have an elderly population and lots of 2nd and third/vacation homes. 

Previously owned by a single elderly woman, the house was in great shape, just needed minor fixes, and updating.

I actually had an experience in my own neighborhood, where I knew the elderly gentleman that passed away, met with the son (who seemed very lovely and reminisced about his childhood).

Look for free housing either helping an elderly out.  

I get a lot of word-of-mouth referrals throughout the community of elderly folks in my favorite neighborhood.

And in the definition of irony - a forum post just hit my inbox and the subject was a landlord in SF wanting to evict an elderly couple who had rented from him for 8 years so he could raise rents.  

My parents have owned rentals for years, they are elderly, but they know the businees, are not easily taken advantage of, as their current PM was probably hoping.

I just started helping an elderly family member that self-manages a five-unit apartment building in San Francisco.
