I am 27 years old, i know its never late to start what you dream.

I'm continually amazed, that if you can dream it - and you TRULY believe when there's a will, there's a way - the universe has a funny way of making **** happen.The reason I share all of the above, I'm curious, what beliefs have YOU instilled to help you find success in this wild world of real estate investing?

This is something we find difficult to manage with our current work schedules, but real estate investing will make that dream a reality for us.

Then when you want to move to another area because of school districts or whatever reason you can keep that and find your home you both dream of.

Interesting concept from the founder of Zillow where there is fractional ownership and flexible use of previously pipe dream homes. 

BP is filled with people trying to get attention and "selling/pushing" the real estate investment dream. 

Properties are always way cheaper if you are not in a hurry (1 to 3 years) and also buy someone else dream and change it to fit your desires. 

If someone had told me that in two years' time I would be completing my masters, be offered my dream job, live openly as a transgender man, and finally make steps towards a long-time interest in real estate investing, I would have laughed in their face. 

When the business takes off, then move to your dream mansion.Now, some businesses, dependent on a retail location, when you rent, runs the risk of the owner selling the building or not renewing the lease so you can lose everything.

I have known for a long time that my dream is to build passive income through real estate.
