I sometimes find it is actually the walls that harbor the nebulous sort of hard to spot animal smells (not urine per se, but just musty).Try a sponge mop dipped into warm water and TSP (just damp) and clean the walls, then rinse with clean water using the same well rinsed damp mop.

Some high end restaurants, movie theaters, and entertainment type places like a Dave and Busters but larger.Have seen modeling agencies also.Malls are trying to make it a destination place again versus places with old and tired anchors where people order online instead and then a bunch of clothing stores around it.

If only 4 meters than one tenant is paying to dry the clothes also unless you have an electric dryer....A lot of the older 4 families have crazy lines tapping off tenants Etc...Good luck but you have a few options to fix it don't lose too much sleep over it...regards,Chris

I am ok with living in it as is.Unit 2: Currently occupied by owner and very well kept, outdated, walls need some work in corners, paint, carpet. everything works.Attic: Lath & Plaster has major cracking and is missing in some places.Basement: Owner mentioned it's damp during summer & keeps a dehumidifier running down there.
