So, in order to do this, you’ll need two things:1) accurate and consolIdated accounting with all of the details entered correctly.

Each building were managed by different PMs, I consolidated them under one PM now.  

After 5 years of this I am going to auction most my properties and keep/ pay off the best ones,So.. use leverage to grow, then consolidate to retire.

Timber is a shell of itself with all the big mills closing and big timber holdings consolidating.

This provides us with a consolidated platform for tracking tasks and communicating with team members.

I hope letting them stay doesn’t come back to bite me as prices continue to increase but I have another lease ending April 1st and will try a consolidation 1031.

This typically all passes through and consolidates on your 1040.

So ratcheting up several times with the 1031 from one to several properties can give you quite a bit of exponential growth.But what's really interesting to me now is the consolidation and globalization of the national real estate market  in the US. 

In actuality 3/4 of those questions if worded better could’ve been consolidated.
