It seems they are just an event company, and thus (hopefully) not trying to pump education or coaching down our throat at the event, but I don't know much about their speakers either.

There was a similar discussion on here recently.I don't understand why so many people on here bad-mouth gurus and coaches and then turn right around and encourage newbies to go to every REIA meeting that they can find.  

There are tons of books, videos, MP3's on the subject from a whole host of gurus and coaches.

Currently, these are the topics my presentation consists of:I go over my personal background as well as the background of my husband and our coach.

At some point you may consider obtaining a coach or mentor, but for now, spending time on BP, reading used books, going to your local REIA and taking a few investors out to lunch should get you started.I hope that helps!

And finally, ever since the BP conference in March, I've had people contacting me to help them with their marketing, coach them through wholesaling 101, and building websites.
