Of the platforms you mentioned, which do you see as your preferred method?

Hopefully someone can use my method on how I doubled my portfolio in a short period of time.

I've been doing a lot of reading along the way and although informational I feel as no book truly illustrates the amount of money you need to have up front to purchase your first property AND/OR methods or programs you could use to help offset some of those cost.

Offline includes doing yellow letters, post cards, bandit signs, news paper ads, etc.There's an abundance of material on BP regarding all the methods I've mentioned, so just type in the search box which method you'd like to learn more about and learn that method really well before trying other forms of marketing. 

Not sure if there was some brilliant investor who said this or where I heard it but I remember hearing somewhere for every 10K of property value you should be able to get 100.00 in rent.  

I like that method. 

Buy patiently and methodically and you'll do just fine

"Turnkey" is only a method of buying a property.

My plans for the future still rings true today as it did 6 years ago, though the method and angle of attack is still being evaluated.I hope in sharing my experience, I would hear what others like me have experienced or thought about.

There are probably several dozen more methods that other BP users have posted about in other forums.
