Materials and labor have both gone up and companies have gone from a ( keep crews working for the smallest margins to stay open at the beginning of the recovery cycle ) to now ( we are charging XX in the market to do a job or we do not have time for it).

If there is an issue that could potentially make the "owner" of the SFR liable for damages, the amount of recovery would be limited to the assets of the LLC.
