Obviously there are many damaged and distressed properties in Texas Florida and other states after 2 Major hurricanes. While these storms are devastating to people the roll of real estate investors will be  a big part of the recovery process. I have been into fix and flip and fix and hold for about 4 years now and starting to assess how we will handle our approach to this in FL. I was hoping others might have thoughts on this
