my name is Joshua Akers I'm buying my first rental property near a college with tenants that have a 2 year lease.

I'm actively enrolled in my local colleges' pre-licensing course, and am excited to be finishing up and sitting for the state exam in May.

I guess I’m kind of a late bloomer, pursued a medical career out of college and that has dominated the last decade of my life.

This is a college town in a good area that stays rented.

Any thoughts on the college towns in VA?

I used to mow the lawn at the property when I was in college and have been talking to the owner about selling but I need to make sure it cash flows if your interested for next year
