What is the best Realty Company for a provisional broker in NC?

I'm actively enrolled in my local colleges' pre-licensing course, and am excited to be finishing up and sitting for the state exam in May. I have sat down with a few agencies so far, in an attempt to get my foot in the door, but my head is spinning with all of the conflicting info. What do you think the best company for a new broker would be? I'm trying not to get caught up in the hype that some of the larger companies are putting out, because at the end of the day I will be responsible for making money, no one else. I am torn as to whether I should go for a large company that is over saturated with agents but has an amazing training program, or go for a smaller firm with more one on one time with a BIC as opposed to a team leader.

Any advice/input is appreciated!

Thank you.
