Most likely I will enroll in that.And do you recommend any specific brokerage or office to work under after getting my license? 

We are homeschooling next year and also are wanting to have a yard for the kids since they aren’t enrolled in school.

I am currently enrolled in a real estate license course so I can learn all the real estate agents do and this will give me an inside to the best in the field for future rehab sales. 

I want to own tangible assets and be able to earn a consistent steam of income per month while being enrolled full time.
