@David Pere I am currently only able to browse since I am still overseas.

It would seem to me that the vast majority of homebuyers would simply start the browsing process on something like Zillow and then when they are ready to start seeing homes, their buyer's agent would also ensure that they get shown homes that meet their criteria.The reason I ask is that I am trying to learn about marketing homes for sale.

I'm just wondering how different the foreclosure process is by area and if anyone does this with the intent of using this to buy houses.Second: Thanks for mentioning paperstac and Note MLS, I've been browsing those because I wasn't aware of where the actual 'marketplace' for these are - a few acronyms are not familiar to me: what's ITB and ITV stand for and what do they mean?  

I have been browsing MLS and owner listings for various areas to gauge where to make my first purchase.

So I am currently browsing properties that could be potential rentals, or even flips potentially.
