I did some search online, and most people suggested to buy in tempe, scottsdale, chandler, mesa area,  Any commends on 85032, 85020, 85021? 

What is available and what they are charging.Give the hospital a call and see if they hire a lot of temp professionals.

We get inquiries from people traveling for school, religious sabbaticals, medical treatments, to take care of relatives, summer employment (park service and forest service), temp. construction workers, people displaced by natural disasters, even beekeepers!

Most of my tenants keep the thermostat at 78, however, some tenants want the temp lower than that, and we get a few complaints each summer if they think the A/C should cool the house to say 74 degrees when it is 113 plus outside.I agree with Joe and Theresa, I would sell, then look for rental properties that will fit your criteria that tenants will be competing to rent and want to stay long term.

Ours is located near hospitals so there is usually decent demand for temp nurse housing. 

If you get alerts from your smart thermostat that the temp or humidity is out of range, you set you may need to have your HVAC unit serviced before it is a real problem.  

We have a Nest thermostat to monitor the temp in the house and Nest security cameras on the exterior.

Are you thinking this temp kitchen would have running water?  

My Honeywell 9000 thermostats give me temp and humidity alerts.
