They adapted very well and are being taught a lot about entrepreneurship and personal responsibility there.  

So the challenge is; how to navigate and select the best system that adapt my needs without making making a costly mistake and/or wasting my time?

The market has changed and people need to adapt. 

We tried managing commercial years ago and discovered it was such a different animal, that our residential staff couldn't adapt. 

This is allowed because it's a win-win: you're not gonna create much nuisance by having just one extra floor and you'll replenish the coffers of the city, which has plenty of unmet needs for your money.

Be ready to adapt and come up with creative solutions because you are working with an imperfect structure.

I have never really had to to do any marketing in the past except a little direct mail to find deals but understand the need to adapt to the ever changing playing field.

I am sure I will adjust and adapt along the way. 

Huskies are one of the most adaptive dog breeds.
