Well just kidding just wanted to do a few more than Chris Clothier.Happy to see everyone have great years... it was a nice year for us as well... being the little engine that could and behind the scene's was again a nice place to be, with wonderful partners all over the US... its just great to see things bouncing back so nicely..

As long as there are no issues associated with uncovered issues once walls come down or changes in the contract due to client changes the job should be able to be done for what the contractor bid.

So, nice and peaceful.  

For a newer guy it was SO NICE to see someone that's really bottom line driven and all the emotional things that hold a lot of newbies back weren't even on his radar.

Than when your back friends, and they feel a sense of guilt, which they will ESPECIALLY with you being so nice and happy for them, then say "hey, just curious because I'd love to best understand, what is it we could have done better?"

"Deals" have to be "uncovered" or "worked".  

Explore some of the information you can uncover from the tool bar as it will bring you up to speed rather quickly.

Are there any particular ones that you would recommend, as I have read about Fundrise and similar companies, and have been turned off by some of the information that I uncovered through my research?
