Let me put this into perspective for you…Imagine standing in front of 1000 people that haven't eaten in 41 days, while holding up a juicy BLT chicken and tuna sandwich dripping in bacon fat, and say: “Who wants one?”.

McD knew and didn't fix the too hot coffee issue and I've seen the injuries on a documentary and nobody would wish that on their worst enemy... unless they are the ADA lawsuit throwing types... then I'll throw that and the lettuce from chipotle and chicken with samonella on you.  

I know a few different people in Sterling that own chickens and I have to imagine an HOA wouldn't allow that.

For example - a tenant put a pan on the stove to cook some chicken with a bunch of oil in the pan, realized they forgot an ingredient and went to the store with the heat still on and the oiled up pan on the stove which caught fire and burned down the property.

Okay maybe not what came first the chicken or the egg, but just about every question you may have.

I know the listing broker on that property, and sadly (to us BP folks anyways) the buyer is a neighbors son and wants goats and chickens on the land :(. 

While that's good advice, there is often a chicken/egg situation.

@Nick Rutkowski while claiming the recession is here seems a bit Chicken Little-esq, having capital on hand is always a good idea :P Here in Chicago I'm noticing that single-family home prices on a city-wide average have corrected (aka fallen) slightly in 2019 (about 1%) from their recent peak in late 2018. 

Once you get called that it's not working only to find it full of chicken bones, you learn that they're not necessary.Grid drains on bathroom sinks are a great idea too.
