I have been a corporate professional for about 20 years.

This has caused big corporations to sell off multiple of their properties in the community.

An example of this might be a single unit retail location with a national tenant who agrees to a 10 year NNN lease. 

They did a great job and they do lend nationally.

Jumping into the latest buzz around the real estate world, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) has proposed some changes that are pretty interesting and could really shake things up.

Here is the NAR (National Association Of Realtors) code of ethics standard of practice defining a client and a "CUSTOMER".

It's a big corporation that over-charges, and it won't affect me.

You can operate in your individual or corporate capacity as required to act as the Landlord/Owner. 

However, the communication from the corporate office appears to be directly from the owner, Michael, who has proactively engaged with me and my associates through a call to address our questions and concerns.

It shields you and your assets, but becomes more documents, corporate meetings, contracts between your property and your management company, etc.
