I've got a 2nd floor detached garage build i'm in the planning/permitting stages of here and looking for advice to see if any key features need added.It will have its separate entrance from main garage which will be utilized by main house STR for a game room eventually.

The issue came because five doors were purchased in December and the lenders counted the mortgages against me but didn't use the income.  

I'd also recommend dumping the garages there's almost a total loss on that unless you are putting units above them on a dense infill lot for additional units it's not worth the cost of construction. build cost is pretty high for your market for three story suburban walk ups. we could never build at that price and make any money. suburban sells for 160k a door in our market with land. get on yardi make sure you Arne't going to lose money on it.

@Michael Oconnor, yes, it is "legal" for anyone to show a rental property without a license under the following conditions:Do not speak beyond saying, "Hello, I am only here to open the door. 

Id work the DSCR route and Use the stacking method......1>2>4>8>16>32>64but but make each one of those Duplexes and not actual doors......1 duplex, 2 duplexes, 4 Duplexes, 8 Duplexes.
