You need to come up with 80% cash to close on it or wholesale it within 30 days (I have seen people drag it out 3 months if you know the secretaries at the sheriffs office).

Since some personal information is more or less in the public domain with a an LLC (viewable through the Secretary of State website where established), and trusts are not (between you and your attorney), does each property really need to be in an LLC, if it is in the trust?

Look on your tax GIS map to get the owner and addressIf company then go to Secretary of State business directory. 

Visit the Secretary of State website and all the forms you need are there.

Are there any additional documents/agreements/resolutions that I am legally required to submit to Ohio secretary of state while forming the LLC.

We checked with the secretary of state to ensure our name wasn't taken and registered the EIN on our own.
