Since some personal information is more or less in the public domain with a an LLC (viewable through the Secretary of State website where established), and trusts are not (between you and your attorney), does each property really need to be in an LLC, if it is in the trust?

3:no more chasing after rent from idiots or paying ridiculous property taxes or water bills I don't think I have ever had one personally threaten me.. but I have had them commit suicide  357 to the noggin thankfully in the back yard.and 3 more swallow more pills than they should. the pills were women and they all survived.. the 357 that was a man.. sad case.. he did when the sheriff was at the door.. my secretary who was there was a mess.. not that she witnessed it  but cop told her to go wait in the car.. she could tell it was serious.
